BusinessAnalyst responsible for gathering,analysing, and translating business requirements into functional solutions across BSI programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and documentbusinessrequirement
- Create user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with Dev, QA, and Architects to ensure end-to-end solution
alignment. - Support API integrations, data flows, and system enhancements
- Participate in Sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT support
- Perform impact analysis and requirement traceability
- Ensure documentation, compliance, and process adherence
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
Required Skills:
- Experience as BA in integration/API-driven projects
- Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum) methodology
- Good knowledge of REST APIs, data flows, and system integrationconcepts
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio
