Job Description
As a complex care coordinator, you will be planning and rostering care staffinto shifts and ensure that the care workers and nurses that are responsible fordelivering care and support on a day-to-day basis attend their shifts asplanned.
About the role
- The care coordinator will organise rotas a month in advance for the complexcare clients.
- Buildingand developing strong relationships with staff members (carers and nurses)

- Obtainingstaff availability
- Communicatewith staff and clients in a respectful, professional, and friendly manner.
Requirements
About you
- Youwill have strong communication skills both over the phone and via writtencommunication.
- Youwill be a problem solver, quick thinker and solution driven.
- You will have previous coordination experience either in complex care or domiciliary care.
- Youwill have the right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.
What’s on offer for the Complex Care Coordinator?
- Ourclient will offer you a salary of £30,000
- Mon toFri 9am – 5pm, plus on call is 1 in 5 weekends (this could reduce in time) and 1 evening / morning per week (1700 - 2300/0600 - 0900)
- The role is office based (outskirts of Brighton) Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm, with occasional travel to Essex to meet clients / families
- 25 daysAL plus the bankholiday and a day off on your birthday.
