Job Description

A warm and welcoming family in Belsize Park is looking for a caring, flexible, and experienced nanny to start after Easter, the start time TBC. This role primarily involves after-school care, for their 4.5-year-old, but with longer hours and additional days required during school holidays, as both parents work full-time.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00–8:00 PM, with occasional babysitting on a weekend by prior arrangement

Holidays: Ideally full-time hours preferred during half-terms and at least 2-3 full days during summer break

Hourly rate: From £20+ GPH DOE

Duties include school pick-up, engaging in fun and age-appropriate activities, accompanying the child to clubs and playdates, preparing healthy evening meals, assisting with bedtime routines, and light child-related housekeeping such as tidying toys and laundry.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with similar-aged children, be warm, organised, and proactive, and be fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus but not essential.

Flexibility and adaptability are key for this role, as the family is looking for a long-term nanny who can become a trusted part of their home.
