We are a global treasury management solution providing institutional, corporate and private clients access to a comprehensive suite of financial products through both traditional and digital channels.
We combine a concierge-led service with tier-one product access. Via our regulated counter-parties, our offering spans multi-currency banking, foreign exchange execution and risk management, crypto processing, secured lending and card issuance.

Requirements
The Role:
The 360 FX Dealer role is a key position and sits at the heart of our revenue generation. This is an opportunity for an experienced, driven individual to take full ownership of their client relationships; from origination and onboarding through to execution, risk management and long-term account growth.
This is a true 360 role. You will be responsible for building your own client base, managing FX exposure, pricing and executing trades, and delivering a consistently high level of service. The role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and views FX dealing as a career and lifestyle, not a job.
The role offers uncapped commission for the lifetime of all successful client relationships, paid at a market-leading rate, alongside clear progression opportunities for those who consistently perform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Being punctual for your arrival, for meetings and for deadlines
- Sourcing, identifying and developing new FX business opportunities
- Proactively generating leads via outbound calling, referrals and networking
- Opening and managing corporate, institutional and private FX accounts
- Executing spot, forward and swap FX transactions
- Providing FX risk management solutions tailored to client needs
- Pricing trades accurately while managing risk and exposure
- Managing the full client onboarding process, including KYC and AML
- Acting as a trusted point of contact across all FX-related matters
- Delivering regular market commentary, trade ideas and client updates
- Monitoring key market-moving economic, political and central bank events
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell our wider product suite
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting activity and performance
- Ensuring strict adherence to compliance and counter-party requirements
