We are seeking a Regional Alliance Manager to join our Global Alliances team for the UK and Europe region. In this role, you will build and grow strategic partnerships with top Global System Integrators (GSIs) and Big 4 consulting firms, driving joint business opportunities and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of developing strong partnerships within the enterprise software ecosystem, a deep understanding of the GSI landscape, and strong strategic sales and stakeholder management experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional GSI partnership strategies aligned with corporate goals and market trends.
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, including co-selling, co-marketing, and solution co-creation.
  • Build and nurture executive-level relationships across key GSI accounts, establishing trust and influence.
  • Lead partner enablement programs, ensuring GSIs are equipped to sell and deliver ManageEngine solutions effectively.
  • Own revenue targets and pipeline forecasting for partner-sourced opportunities, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams — including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success — to deliver successful outcomes for both partners and customers.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, address challenges, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Represent and evangelize ManageEngine's portfolio as a strategic element in GSI-led digital transformation initiatives.
  • (If applicable) Mentor and support alliance team members across the region, fostering collaboration and high performance.
Requirements
  • 8+ years in enterprise software sales, alliances, or partner management, including at least 4 years in GSI/strategic partnership roles within the UK/Europe.
  • Proven success in achieving revenue and partnership growth targets through GSI-driven programs.
  • Strong understanding of GSI engagement models, joint GTM execution, and incentive frameworks.
  • Excellent executive presence, communication, and influencing skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience working in matrixed, multicultural environments and collaborating across global teams.
  • Domain experience in ITSM, ITOM, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Observability, or Enterprise IT Operations is a strong plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% across the UK and Europe for partner and customer meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Existing relationships within top GSIs across the UK & Europe.
  • Understanding of regional compliance and enterprise sales cycles.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
