Daily, you will be working closely with the sales team, playing a key client-facing role in driving sales conversations forward, delivering Proof of Concepts, and supporting live customer engagements for a machine learning platform.

Location: Central London - 3 days in office / 2 days remote

Salary: Competitive + bonus + healthcare, pension, etc.

Requirements for Product Specialist:

  • A minimum of a 2.1 bachelor's from an internationally renowned University in a STEM or law-related discipline
  • At least ABB at A-Level or equivalent UCAS points (please ensure A-Level grades are included on your CV)
  • Basic scripting knowledge in Python or Bash
  • Excellent customer-facing skills with the ability to engage, influence, and build credibility with clients
  • A clear sales drive, commercial mindset, and natural gravitas – this is a pre-sales role that requires confidence in client-facing scenarios
  • A motivated self-starter with a problem-solving attitude
  • Strong aptitude for picking up technologies
  • Ability to work with autonomy and as part of a team
  • Great communication skills with fluent spoken and written English
  • Fluency in Spanish or French (Business level) would be advantageous

Responsibilities for Product Specialist:

  • You will act as a key pre-sales partner to the sales team, engaging with clients and supporting the commercial process from initial discussions through to solution delivery
  • Be the main point of contact and liaise with clients and internal teams (predominantly the tech team)
  • Work closely with sales to deliver compelling Proof of Concepts that help win new business
  • Manage live customer projects from planning to final review
  • Provide customer training to new and existing customers
  • Deliver workflow advice to customers using the product, positioning solutions in a way that supports commercial objectives
  • Identify and help progress significant new business opportunities
  • Basic troubleshooting and escalation of issues to the tech team
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the company’s technology so you can confidently articulate value propositions and support sales conversations
  • Provide updates to the management team on accounts
