As a Partner Management Executive at Zoho UK, you will be responsible for managing relationships with Zoho Partners in the UK region. Your role will involve partner accounts engagement, administration, support, and driving joint strategies to drive business growth. You will work closely with the partners in our eco-system to ensure they are fully equipped to promote and sell Zoho solutions and support them by solving issues and concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Zoho partners. Regularly engage with partners to understand their business needs, challenges, and growth objectives. Support partners in building product expertise and promoting Zoho solutions.
- Sales & Business Development: Assist partners with sales efforts, liaising with product teams for feature releases & support partners to acquire new customers, product trial extensions, and negotiating sales deals. Collaborate with partners to identify potential growth in new accounts/customers. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align partner efforts with Zoho’s go-to-market strategy.
- Partner Support & Enablement: Organize partner training sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance product knowledge and drive better sales outcomes along with the Product team. Provide timely support to partners and Partner Customers, resolving escalations and addressing inquiries related to products and services.
- Administration & Reporting: Oversee partner account administration, including commission management and tracking partner performance. Support partners with administrative tasks like account mapping/unmapping, renewals, and upgrades. Maintain up-to-date partner records and generate regular reports on partner performance and engagement.
- Co-Marketing & Events: Collaborate with partners on joint marketing activities, including co-sponsored events and digital marketing campaigns. Support the marketing team in developing partner-specific go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with Legal, Compliance, Security/privacy teams and support teams to streamline partner operations. Ensure communication of official product updates and changes to partners in a timely manner.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in partner management, account management, or business development, preferably in a SaaS or IT company in the UK.
- Strong understanding of CRM, cloud, and business software solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in collaborating on co-marketing campaigns is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to track and optimize partner performance.
- Understanding of Zoho products would be a plus.
