We are looking for a driven, curious, and ambitious Junior Solutions Consultant to join our growing UK team. This is your opportunity to launch a career in the technology industry, working alongside talented colleagues and contributing to meaningful projects that make a real difference for our customers.
Responsibilities- Work closely with Account Managers, Marketing, Product teams to meet existing business revenue targets.
- Apply a consultative approach to customer meetings and align Zoho Products to customer needs.
- Drive adoption of Zoho Products through demos, POCs and innovative solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions as needed.
- Work closely with product teams to find solutions and stay informed about the latest product developments and feature updates.
- Respond to RFIs/RFPs by collaborating with internal teams.
- Stay updated on emerging technology trends and build in-depth expertise in Zoho and other third-party products.
- 1-5 years of pre-sales or consulting experience with IT/SaaS products, such as CRM.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate within a Hybrid model and willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Ability to build internal relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams globally, as well as nurture external relationships with clients.
- Coding experience is an added advantage.
- Embrace a "Why over How" approach and empathy while addressing customer pain points.
- It is important for the applicant to hold a national or UK passport, have a valid work authorisation and be within commutable distance.
- The successful candidate will be subjected to background verification in compliance with the national legislation and market standards.
