We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Paid Social Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with our Head of Growth Marketing to execute robust performance marketing campaigns across META and TikTok. This role requires passion and a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital marketing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multi-country paid social campaigns.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with the Head of Growth Marketing to execute the company’s performance marketing strategy across multiple countries including UK, EU & DE.
- Setup and execute retargeting and prospecting paid social ads across Meta and TikTok to maximise ROAS and customer acquisition.
- Continuous optimisation of bid strategies, placement types and ad formats across the right demographics (age groups, locations etc).
- Roll out and manage TikTok shop activity in the UK and selected European countries.
- Work with the eCommerce team to improve user experience and maximise conversion rates.
- Undertake daily performance analysis and report back to the Head of Growth Marketing and Product Marketing Manager on overall performance and trends – creative, copy, targeting etc.
- In collaboration with the team, drive creative development and optimisation for paid social activations and ensure channel best practices are kept when creative paid social assets are created.
- Monitor feeds, UTM tracking, pixels and CAPI integrations to ensure reporting and audience builds are as accurate as possible across regions.
- Pull and pivot datasets to analyse paid social channel performance by region fit for weekly trade reports.
- Own the paid social testing roadmap to improve sales and ROAS.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Degree level - (in marketing, preferably).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in a similar role with a keen interest in beauty and lifestyle trends, as well as brands.
- Previous experience in cosmetics is not mandatory, but may be advantageous.
- Numerate and analytical with the ability to produce reports and derive valuable insights and analysis.
- Commercially astute, proactive and self-starter.
- Unafraid to take charge when necessary, be decisive and build support for those decisions.
- A confident self-starter with a strong work ethic and strong team building skills.
- Excellent knowledge and strong understanding of the digital landscape and trends.
- Good and confident communicator with the ability to work across multiple departments.
