We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Paid Search Executive to join our dynamic Performance Marketing team. You will be responsible for managing and optimising paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google and Bing. The role will focus on driving traffic, conversions, and ROI across both UK and EU markets, supporting the wider digital growth strategy. Some knowledge of other paid channels — such as Pinterest Ads and TikTok Ads — would be beneficial, as the role will also contribute insights to cross-channel performance initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other relevant search engines
- Manage daily account performance, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to maximise efficiency and ROI
- Conduct ongoing keyword research, ad copy testing, and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities
- Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Manager and Brand teams to ensure messaging and creative assets align with overall marketing objectives
- Support the development of search strategy across multiple regions (UK and EU), including localisation and translation coordination where necessary
- Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Stay up to date with industry trends, search algorithm updates, and emerging tools to continually enhance campaign performance
- Contribute to cross-channel planning, offering insights into how paid search complements social, display, and influencer activity
- Ensure all campaigns are executed in line with brand and compliance guidelines.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns for a D2C eCommerce business
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio
- Commercially astute, proactive, and able to translate data into clear business insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of other digital marketing channels (e.g. TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads) is advantageous
- Confident, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Keen interest in beauty and lifestyle trends is a plus.
