ZOEVA Cosmetics is seeking an experienced freelance UGC & Partnership Ads Manager to take full ownership of our creator content pipeline and paid partnership activity. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role — not a strategic consultancy. You will be embedded in our team, managing creator relationships end-to-end and working directly with our Paid Social function to ensure creator content drives measurable performance.
You will be the primary point of contact for all creators we work with, responsible for outreach, negotiation, briefing, content review, and handover of assets ready for paid amplification. Day-to-day you will sit within the Content Hub alongside our content and marketing team.
Scope of Work- Creator Sourcing & Outreach
- Identify, vet, and recruit UGC creators and micro/mid-tier influencers relevant to the beauty category — with a particular focus on eye makeup.
- Manage all inbound and outbound creator outreach, building and maintaining a structured pipeline of talent aligned to ZOEVA's brand aesthetic and product priorities.
- Develop and own a creator database including performance history, content quality, rates, and usage rights records.
- Stay current with emerging creators and trends relevant to our hero product franchises across UK and key European markets.
- Negotiation & Contracting
- Lead all creator rate negotiations — securing strong value for budget while building relationships worth sustaining beyond a single deliverable.
- Manage usage rights discussions to ensure all content is cleared for paid social amplification across ZOEVA's owned digital channels.
- Define and maintain clear partnership tiers (gifting, paid UGC, Partnership Ads) and ensure all terms are documented and agreed before briefing begins.
- Briefing & Content Direction
- Write and issue clear, detailed creative briefs for each creator — covering product focus, key messages, visual references, format requirements, and platform-specific guidance.
- Ensure all briefs are aligned to ZOEVA's hero product priorities, particularly the Velvet Love Eyeliner Pencil franchise and EyeSwipe range.
- Review all creator content submissions and provide structured, specific feedback — directing reshoots or edits where needed while preserving authentic creator voice.
- Brief creators on format requirements for Meta Reels, TikTok, Stories, and static ad placements.
- Partnership Ads & Paid Amplification
- Set up and manage Meta Partnership Ads and TikTok Spark Ads in collaboration with the Paid Social team.
- Maintain a live pipeline of whitelisted creator content ready for paid amplification at all times — this is a non-negotiable operational requirement.
- Work with Paid Social to test content angles, support creative iteration, and rotate assets proactively to prevent audience fatigue.
- Track creator content performance in paid channels and feed learnings back into future briefs and creator selection.
- Content Operations
- Own all creator timelines and deliverables, ensuring a consistent and predictable flow of content into the Content Hub.
- Maintain an organised library of approved UGC assets, catalogued by product, market, format, and usage rights status.
- Ensure all content meets ZOEVA brand standards and relevant advertising disclosure requirements (ASA/CAP for UK; applicable EU guidelines) before any asset goes live.
- Coordinate with the wider marketing team to align UGC output with campaign and product launch calendars.
- 3+ years managing creator, influencer, or UGC programs within the beauty industry — brand-side or agency-side, with demonstrable hands-on delivery.
- A strong existing network or the proven ability to build one quickly — you know where to find great beauty creators and how to get them onside.
- Experience negotiating creator fees, usage rights, and partnership structures directly with talent and/or management.
- A track record of briefing creators and providing clear, constructive feedback on beauty content.
- Practical experience setting up and running Meta Partnership Ads and/or TikTok Spark Ads.
- Genuine knowledge of the beauty category — specifically eye makeup — and what good, performance-oriented creator content looks like.
- Previous freelance or contract experience — comfortable working autonomously and managing your own time within a busy team.
- Familiarity with paid social performance metrics and how creative quality influences them.
- Experience working across multiple European markets.
- Knowledge of influencer disclosure requirements under UK (ASA/CAP) and EU advertising regulations.
- Self-directed and operationally reliable — you deliver without needing to be chased.
- Strong communicator — warm and credible with creators, clear and concise internally.
- Commercially minded — you understand that creator content exists to perform, not just to look good.
- Comfortable with pace; this is a fast-moving business with a lot happening simultaneously.
Please share your CV or portfolio alongside a short note outlining your relevant experience in beauty UGC and creator management. We are particularly interested in any examples of creator programs or Partnership Ad campaigns you have managed, and any performance outcomes you are able to share. We are looking to move quickly on this engagement. Candidates available to start within 2–4 weeks will be prioritised.
