Job Purpose
The purpose of this field‑based position is to support Zoetis\’ world‑leading cattle genomics portfolio, working alongside internal colleagues, external partners (e.g., WWS, NMR, Stabiliser Cattle Company) and directly with farmers.
Core Responsibilities
- Maintain high level of expertise with the evolving product portfolio, services, pricing, competition, market and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain territory plans in collaboration with external partners.
- Ensure customer information and call reports are continuously updated through CRM system.
- Align activities and account plans to marketing programmes and management direction in line with the Solution Selling model.
- Analyse and interpret territory/customer sales and growth opportunities to support delivery of sales targets.
- Develop mutually beneficial and productive long‑term partnerships with external partners and farmers based on high‑quality planning.
- Create a matrix of touchpoints for the 3rd parties and farm customers, partnering with their vets and Zoetis sales and field technical teams.
- Deliver call activity in accordance with agreed KPIs to achieve required coverage and frequency with identified target customers.
- Ensure clear and specific objectives exist for each call and deliver relevant marketing messages, product information and programmes consistent with management direction.
- Proactively identify customer opportunities and capitalize on them.
- Co‑ordinate with colleagues to achieve positive changes in customers’ understanding and use of Zoetis portfolio.
- Record call activity accurately in the CRM system.
- Maintain high standards of business conduct and compliance, adhering to Pharmacovigilance Policy, Global Vet Policy, Zoetis values, travel & expense policy and local codes of practice.
- Maintain accurate business records including CRM and communicate effectively with the Area Business Manager and other stakeholders.
- Manage allocated customer support budget with tight control to avoid overspends.

- Professional experiences gained in industries or sectors outside Animal & Human Health welcomed.
Travel Requirement
High frequency of travel within designated region; valid Drivers Licence required.
