We're looking for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused HR Administration Support professional to join our UK Human Resources team based in Leatherhead.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a collaborative and fast-paced HR function, supporting colleagues and managers throughout the employee lifecycle.
You'll play a key role in HR administration, recruitment coordination, onboarding, Workday administration, payroll support, benefits administration, and HR projects, helping us deliver an exceptional employee experience across the business.

- What You'll Be Doing
- HR Administration
- Managing employee records within Workday, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Processing HR transactions including new starters, promotions, transfers and leavers.
- Preparing contracts, HR documentation and employee correspondence.
- Maintaining personnel records and supporting HR reporting.
- Managing annual leave records and employee lifecycle administration.
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinating recruitment activities from vacancy approval through to onboarding.
- Supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Preparing offers, contracts and employment documentation.
- Managing pre-employment checks and background screening.
- Delivering an outstanding onboarding experience for new colleagues.
- Payroll & Benefits Support
- Supporting monthly payroll administration with our external payroll provider.
- Assisting with payroll queries and payroll preparation activities.
- Supporting pension administration and employee benefits.
- Coordinating company car and allowance administration.
- Supporting benefit enrolments and annual benefit processes.
- Employee & Manager Support
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
- Providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Supporting managers with day-to-day HR administration.
- Ensuring a professional, confidential and customer-focused HR service.
- HR Projects
- Supporting HR projects, business change initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
- Assisting with HR system enhancements and process improvements.
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives and organisational change.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent organisational skills and takes pride in delivering a high-quality HR service.
You'll ideally have
- Previous experience in an HR Administration, HR Coordinator or HR Assistant role.
- Experience supporting payroll administration.
- Experience using HR systems (Workday experience would be highly advantageous).
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- A professional, confidential and customer-focused approach.
A CIPD qualification (or working towards one) would be advantageous but is not essential.
