Role Description
The CoE Manager is responsible for Budgeting, Forecasting, Analysis, and Management Reporting activities for designated markets in the Europe & Middle East (EME) region. This position collaborates closely with in-market finance colleagues and the CoE Sr Manager to provide finance support for the commercial business.
The Finance Center of Excellence will handle, among other duties:
- Developing bottom-up budgets and forecasts with the business.
- Preparing standard and ad hoc reports, including KPIs, for business and finance management.
- Reviewing financial models to ensure consistency in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Providing decision support to commercial leaders in defined markets.
Responsibilities
The CoE Manager\’s primary responsibilities include activities related to designated Markets in the EME region, such as:
- Preparing budgets and forecasts, supporting finance colleagues, and analyzing revenue, pricing, profitability, investments, and other drivers.
- Assisting in developing drivers of quarterly performance.
- Preparing monthly Business Reviews for Top Management.
- Providing analysis and explanations of financial results.
- Collaborating with ZFS on month-end activities and accruals.
- Performing profitability, price/volume, and cost analyses.
- Communicating with finance colleagues regarding close processes and deliverables.
- Conducting ad hoc analyses and process improvement projects.
- Responding to requests from CoE colleagues and HQ Finance Team.
- Working with various teams to ensure continuity in financial processes.
Qualifications
Education
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar. Preferred: CIMA, ACCA, CPA, or MBA.
Experience
- 6-8 years in financial analysis roles, preferably in multinationals.
- Experience in executive presentations, business partnering, financial planning, and internal controls.
- Hands-on experience with budgets, forecasts, and financial management.
- Knowledge of Anaplan, SAP, Hyperion, or Essbase is a plus.

- Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate strategies into actions.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Knowledge of SAP, Anaplan, Hyperion, Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate is advantageous.
