Zoetis is looking for dedicated professionals to join our Pharmacovigilance team. These roles provide critical technical and regulatory support for our products, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance while delivering excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.
Job Purpose: As a Technical Advisor, you will provide technical advice, guidance, and support on Zoetis products to both internal teams and external customers. You will manage product complaints, investigate issues thoroughly, and ensure timely resolution while maintaining compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
Core Responsibilities:
- Technical Issues
- Handle technical queries for Zoetis products internally and externally
- Provide guidance to sales and marketing teams
- Gather feedback from customers to inform future activities
- Contribute technical expertise to internal projects and working groups
- Product Complaints
- Investigate and resolve product complaints and quality issues
- Conduct site visits if required
- Report quality issues to the Regulatory team
- Pharmacovigilance
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines for adverse event reporting
- Maintain reporting timelines for all adverse reactions
- Relationships
- Build constructive internal and external relationships
- Ensure issues reach positive and satisfactory resolution
