Job Title: Product Manager (Pain and Sedation Portfolio)

We are excited to invite applications for a key Product Manager position within our Companion Animal business, responsible for leading marketing strategies for our Pain and Sedation portfolio. This role is crucial in shaping brand strategy, enhancing commercial performance, and executing innovative campaigns across traditional and digital channels. The successful candidate will oversee the complete marketing mix—from strategic planning and pricing to omnichannel engagement and demand generation—collaborating with Sales, Technical, and Global Marketing teams. Job Purpose

The Product Manager owns the marketing strategy, planning, and execution for all brands in the portfolio, supporting business growth through various tools and services. This high-profile role focuses on the pain and sedation portfolio, leading all elements of the marketing mix including:

  • Strategy and Market Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine short and long-term marketing strategies. Lead annual marketing planning, define go-to-market plans, manage A&P budgets, and use market intelligence to optimize inventory, pricing, and market positioning.
  • Relationships: Co-create sales and business development plans, lead cross-functional teams, conduct customer visits, and engage with global marketing teams to share best practices and align strategies. Build networks within the team and industry to identify growth opportunities.
  • Marketing Campaigns and Demand Creation: Lead the delivery of marketing messages, tactical planning, and digital marketing efforts. Coordinate with sales and digital channels to maximize revenue and develop translatable campaigns based on market data and customer feedback.
  • Digital Marketing: Define and implement digital strategies, develop customer journeys, and drive digital lead generation and conversion efforts.
