We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Insights & Reporting Analyst to join our Performance Analytics & Insights Team. As the Insights & Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and delivering impactful reporting solutions, ensuring data quality and integrity, and partnering with stakeholders to identify opportunities that optimise performance across the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities- Reporting & Analytics
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve reports, dashboards, and analyses supporting sales, marketing, and digital teams.
- Design and build intuitive, high-performing Power BI reports with a focus on user experience, readability, and scalability.
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable insights and reporting solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting capabilities and enhance measurement of commercial initiatives.
- Data Management & Quality
- Manage the import, validation, and quality assurance of internal and external sales data.
- Ensure data accuracy, availability, security, and consistency across reporting systems.
- Lead initiatives to identify and address data quality issues and opportunities for data integration.
- Assess and communicate the impact of changes to source systems on reporting outputs.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and business challenges.
- Challenge assumptions and work with users to define meaningful measures of success.
- Support and enable self-service reporting capabilities across sales and marketing functions.
- Deliver training, guidance, and support on business intelligence, analytics, and data visualisation best practices.
- Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Create and maintain reporting documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge resources.
- Troubleshoot reporting and database-related issues and drive effective resolutions.
- Promote best practices in data visualisation and reporting standards across the organisation.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance obligations and relevant data processing regulations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge, influence, and understand user requirements.
- Proven ability to design insight-led solutions that support business objectives.
- Experience translating technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience handling large datasets and relational databases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong technical knowledge of: Power BI, SQL, SAP, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of data governance, reporting standards, and data quality principles.
- Awareness of pharmacovigilance obligations and regulations relating to data processing and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification or formal training in Business Intelligence, Data Visualisation, or Analytics.
- Demonstrated experience gathering business requirements and developing Power BI reporting solutions.
- Experience working with internal IT teams to deliver complex data and reporting projects.
