You’ll be the operational heartbeat of ZOE’s CRM program—ensuring our most critical campaigns land on time, on brand, and with measurable impact. Reporting into our Head of Lifecycle Marketing, you will lead the planning and delivery of our high-impact marketing campaigns across Email, SMS, and In-App Messaging (IAM). You will take strategic campaign messaging and translate it into flawless, channel-specific execution. You’ll collaborate closely with the Creative Studio and Analytics teams to streamline how we brief, schedule, measure, and learn from every send. This role is perfect for a structured, precision-focused marketer who is ready to own the operational strategy of complex, cross-functional campaigns.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Orchestrate Marketing Campaigns: You will serve as the project lead for CRM, ensuring these complex, cross-functional campaigns are delivered flawlessly.
- Translate Strategy into Channel Tactics: Take high-level messaging direction and adapt it into channel-specific strategies for Email, SMS, and IAM that maximise engagement and conversion.
- Drive the A/B Testing Engine: You will define hypotheses, run testing sprints, analyse results, and feed concrete "1% gains" back to the wider team and Creative Studio.
- Creative Briefing: You will write comprehensive briefs that empower copywriters and designers to deliver assets that meet specific channel requirements and campaign goals.
- Own the Batch Calendar: Manage the end-to-end production of our batch emails - from calendar management and asset coordination to final deployment.
- Build and QA in Braze: Maintain high standards for email quality, segmentation, and delivery. Ensuring our campaigns work perfectly for every user.
- Evolve CRM Playbooks: Document learnings, best practices, and repeatable frameworks.
- Performance Tracking: You’ll own key metrics (CTR, CVR, Unsub rate, Sales). Working with analytics, you’ll interpret the numbers to inform future planning.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
- 3+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or marketing operations with deep hands-on experience in Braze (or similar enterprise tools).
- Communication Skills: You are clear, concise, and effective when briefing creative teams and updating senior stakeholders on campaign status.
- Project Management Mastery: Proven ability to manage cross-functional campaigns involving multiple stakeholders, strict timelines, and significant revenue implications.
- Operational Strategy: You can take a high-level creative theme and break it down into a logical, executable plan for specific channels (Email vs. SMS vs. IAM).
- Bias for Speed & Initiative: You thrive in a high-velocity environment. You take initiative to unblock projects and execute quickly.
- Scientific Mindset: You are comfortable designing A/B tests with clear hypotheses and analysing data to draw actionable conclusions.
- High Attention to Detail: You have a "zero-error" mentality when it comes to segmentation, QA, and deployment.
- Process-Oriented: You love documentation, consistency, and building systems that scale.
- Passion for Health: A genuine interest in data, biology, and helping millions improve their health through world-class lifecycle experiences.
👉 Keep ZOE’s CRM engine running at peak performance, owning the delivery of our biggest campaigns and the playbooks that make every send smarter.
