  • Organisation & Workflow Owner: Keep content pipelines running smoothly by managing assets, versions, and approvals so nothing slips and everything is easy to find.
  • Creative Collaborator: Work with the Social Media Manager to evolve formats, test new ideas, and improve performance across our core content series.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • Core Competencies (Must Haves):
  • Social Content Experience: 1‑3 years creating or supporting content for a brand or creator, with a strong understanding of what performs on short‑form platforms.
  • Filming & Editing Ability: Confident shooting and editing short‑form video, with a clear sense of pacing, structure, and platform‑native formats.
  • On‑Set Experience: Comfortable working in content shoots. You’re organised, proactive, and able to adapt in fast‑moving environments.
  • Growth Mindset: Experience contributing to the launch or growth of a social channel, with an interest in improving performance over time.
  • Writing & Tone of Voice: You’re able to write clearly and adapt tone across different formats, audiences, and speakers.

Bonus Experience!

  • Systems Thinking: You’re comfortable working within structured workflows and improving how content gets made and delivered.
  • Platform Expansion: Experience or interest in launching and growing new channels.
