Your Team
You’ll join ZOE’s small but mighty Performance Marketing team; who care deeply about positively impacting the health of millions by scaling ZOE's products efficiently through our paid marketing channels. 2026 is a year of ambitious expansion, and we are building a best-in-class acquisition engine with data and velocity at its foundation. You’ll be a key collaborator across the business, partnering closely with our Website, Creative, Analytics, and Finance teams. Your work won’t stop at the click; you will influence the entire user journey end-to-end, from the first ad impression through to conversion and long-term retention.
The Big Picture
We are looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to take the reins of our paid marketing channels. This is a high-stakes role focused on the surgical execution and ambitious scaling of our customer base and app membership. You won’t just be managing ads, you will be an architect of our paid funnel; responsible for setting up, optimising, and scaling campaigns efficiently, then analysing results in detail to get every last bit out of our media spend.
Your Mission
- Campaign Management: Own the end-to-end execution of our paid channels, primarily Meta and Google. You’ll manage the day-to-day, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to hit aggressive CPA and volume targets.
- Creative Testing at Scale: Act as the bridge between the data and the creative. You will build and launch creative tests, analyse granular metrics (hook rates, hold rates, CTR%) to identify winners and brief the creative team on the next rounds of high-performing assets.
- Detailed Performance Analysis: You’ll know our core metrics inside out and can translate complex data into actionable investment decisions. You will produce detailed reporting within Meta and Google Ads, while reconciling those figures with our internal attributed data to diagnose the “why” behind performance shifts and inform the “what’s next.”
- Funnel Optimisation: Treat every pound spent as an investment. You will constantly look for friction points in the user journey, balancing the drive for aggressive scale with the guardrails of CPA and contribution margins.
Your DNA
- Are a Platform Power-User: You have 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, driving conversions at scale. You know how to leverage AI-driven tools like Performance Max and Advantage+ to stay ahead.
- Are a Data-First Thinker: You live in the “why” of the data. You are a whizz with Excel, GA4 and MixPanel. You are comfortable working with core metrics like CAC, CPA, LTV, and ROI.
- Understand that Creative is Targeting: You believe that in the modern landscape, the asset does the heavy lifting. You enjoy running creative experiments and using those insights to steer the creative roadmap.
- Love the “Plumbing”: You are technically minded and understand the importance of event mapping and attribution. You know your way around GTM and can help to troubleshoot tracking discrepancies without breaking a sweat.
- Have an App-Growth Edge: You have experience with mobile attribution tools like AppsFlyer and understand the nuances of growing an app-based membership.
