Zoe in Ashford is seeking a Courier Operations Coordinator (mon-fri 9-5.30) to join a small, friendly team. You will help organise the courier team, keep an orders spreadsheet, and handle month-end stocktaking, pick and pack, and online orders.
You will raise house AWB with the in-house system, track shipments, and update clients. You will also take orders over the phone and provide quotes for specific shipments, using basic IT skills and good geographical knowledge.
