ZOE is growing fast and we’re looking for a superstar Brand Manager to join our Marketing team as ZOE takes its first steps into Retail! You’ll report into the Senior Product Marketing Manager for Daily30, The Gut Health Bar and NPD, a marketing leader responsible for Product Marketing across our food and supplement business. While your home base sits within that team, your remit spans ZOE-wide marketing, Retail marketing and close liaison with our Operations delivery team. This is a highly operational, high-impact role: you are the person who turns ideas into reality—bringing structure, pace, and clarity to retail marketing campaigns, product activations and selected NPD projects. You’ll combine strong consumer insight with project management and marketing execution ensuring ideas become reality in a fast paced environment.

The Product Marketing team sits within the wider Marketing Team. Present day, this is a small but scaling team that will see you will work hand-in-hand with a number of key orgs, including Marketing, Ops and Analytics. We move very fast, make our decisions based on testing and evidence and are expert collaborators.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Ownership
    • Fully own Retail Marketing for our January launch into Retail
    • Execute all retail marketing across accounts to include POS, press, digital.
    • Work with the in-house creative team and retail contacts to recommend media mix, brief in creative execution and measure success.
    • Make recommendations based on learnings.
    • Work with our Retail account manager to analyse sales on a monthly basis and recommend action based on results.
    • Own how we integrate our products into Retailer key moments and promotional opportunities.
  • Strategy
    • Turn our Gifting strategy into execution.
    • Work with Senior Product manager to create a low lift gifting solution for December.
    • Develop new gift for January (based on existing work-stream).
    • Create a development pipeline for new gifts across 2027.
  • Scope & Impact
    • Run sampling activity across product portfolio.
    • Review learnings from past sampling activity.
    • Recommend sampling approach across our product portfolio.
    • Execute (alongside an agency) sampling recommendations.
  • Innovation
    • Support on NPD and consumer insight.
    • Work alongside the Senior Product Manager on selected NPD projects such as SKU extensions and packaging evolution.
    • Work alongside the Senior Product Manager on consumer research projects across all product areas.

What You’ll Bring

  • Demonstrable track record of execution in fast-paced, high-growth marketing roles, including for FMCG products sold in retail.
  • Will have ideally worked on Retail marketing campaigns and have experience of packaging development, NPD and using consumer insight to make product based recommendations.
  • Significant depth of marketing experience launching new FMCG products into UK grocery or high-street retail.
  • Ability to critique product and packaging solutions based on consumer knowledge and understanding.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the UK retail environment (Grocery, High street and OOH).
  • Strong project management skills with ability to juggle complexity and pace.
  • Strong cross-functional operator who can align multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to turn performance data into action.
  • Strong point of view on what “great” retail and product execution looks like.
  • Passion for ZOE’s mission and interest in health, nutrition, and wellness.
