Senior Planner (Welsh Speaking)

North Wales (St Asaph area)

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Planner in St Asaph that requires Welsh speaking. This role is ideal for someone with planning expertise and fluency in Welsh, especially for local projects and community engagement in North Wales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Planning and Development: Lead and manage planning projects, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with communities, businesses, and government agencies to gather input.
  3. Policy Analysis: Analyze planning policies to inform decision-making.
  4. Project Management: Oversee projects from start to finish, meeting deadlines and objectives.
  5. Team Leadership: Support and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Geography, Architecture, or related fields.
