Our client, an established building surveying consultancy, is opening a new office in Watford and looking for a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to help build and grow the team from the ground up. This is a genuine opportunity to shape an office rather than slot into an existing structure.
What you'll be doing
- Delivering a range of building surveying services to a mixed client base
- Playing a key role in growing the Watford office and team
- Stepping into, or building towards, a management role as the office expands
- Mentoring and developing junior surveyors as the team grows
What you'll need
- MRICS qualified
- Experience in, or ready to step into, a management role
- Strong client relationship and business development instincts, given the growth focus
