This company boasts a great reputation with its current staff and clients across the UK and they are looking to further develop their Newcastle office by adding a Senior Town Planner to their already thriving Planning and Development team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the urban landscape of the area. You will work on a wide range of exciting projects, collaborating with local authorities, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of urban planning initiatives.
The team you will be joining is part of one of the largest property services firms in the North East and works seamlessly with colleagues in Development, Industrial & Logistics, Capital Markets, and Rural.
Key requirements for the role include:
