Our client based in the City of Cardiff is looking for a Senior Planner to join their close-knit team of Planners. The company has a wider geographical coverage, which is predominantly South Wales, the South West, London, and Essex.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree (Geography / Sociology) or an accredited RTPI degree (in Town Planning) and / or a Masters, that is RTPI accredited. The successful person will have obtained MRTPI or be on the path to chartership, with at least 12 months relevant experience working in a town planning team in either public or private sectors.
You will be in the office 3-4 times a week; the company are offering flexible hybrid working.
The company are offering an excellent starting salary between £30k and £40k, along with a variety of company benefits!
