Zodiac Recruitment are pleased to be working with an independent planning consultancy based in the city of Preston, in Lancashire. You will be working with a close-knit team on a wide range of exciting projects across the UK. The company covers multiple sectors, including residential, mixed‑use, waste, industrial, leisure/tourism, rural, commercial, and retail schemes.
The successful applicant will have at least 5 years post‑graduate experience and be a member of the RTPI.
As a Senior Planner you will have excellent knowledge of the planning system, have experience of project management including overseeing external consultants, have excellent communication skills and report writing skills and also be able to build and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
The company are offering the successful applicant a competitive starting salary between £35k and £45k. Along with excellent company benefits.
