The Role: As a Senior Planner, you will be responsible for managing and leading planning applications, preparing reports, and providing expert advice to clients and stakeholders. You’ll be working on a diverse range of projects, from residential to commercial developments, and contributing to the creation of thriving, sustainable communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage planning applications from inception to completion.
  • Provide strategic advice on planning policy, development proposals, and regulations.
  • Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct site assessments, prepare planning reports, and represent clients at planning committees.
  • Mentor and support junior team members to help them grow in their careers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, legislation, and best practices.

    • About You:

  • A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline (RTPI accreditation preferred).
  • Extensive experience in planning, ideally within a consultancy or local authority setting.
  • Strong understanding of planning legislation, policies, and regulations in London.
  • Proven experience in managing projects and client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
