Are you an experienced Senior Town Planner ready to take the next step in your career? My client—a respected and growing planning consultancy in the East Midlands—is seeking a confident, commercially minded planner to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, while benefiting from a supportive environment and clear progression routes.

The Role

  • Manage your own client portfolio and lead on planning applications
  • Prepare and coordinate planning statements, appraisals, and appeals
  • Provide expert planning advice to clients, stakeholders, and project teams
  • Contribute to major strategic projects across the region
  • Support and mentor junior colleagues while assisting with business development
