My client—a respected and growing planning consultancy in the East Midlands—is seeking a confident, commercially minded planner to join their expanding team. The Role
- Manage your own client portfolio and lead on planning applications
- Prepare and coordinate planning statements, appraisals, and appeals
- Provide expert planning advice to clients, stakeholders, and project teams
- Contribute to major strategic projects across the region
- Support and mentor junior colleagues while assisting with business development

Who We’re Looking For
