About the Role:

Our client, a reputable firm specializing in residential property services, is seeking a Residential Surveyor and Valuer to join their team in the Bristol/Bath area. This role offers a flexible level of experience requirement, welcoming applications from both seasoned professionals and those with a solid foundation in residential surveying and valuation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive residential property surveys, including Level 2 Homebuyer Surveys and Level 3 Building Surveys.
2. Prepare detailed and accurate valuation reports in accordance with RICS standards.
3. Advise clients on property conditions, potential issues, and necessary repairs.
4. Utilize advanced tools such as aerial drone footage and thermal imaging to enhance survey accuracy.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local property markets and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in residential surveying and property valuation.
2. RICS accreditation or working towards chartered status is preferred.
3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
