Property Surveyor (Project Surveyor)

A respected multidisciplinary consultancy is looking to expand its Guildford team with a skilled Building Surveyor. This is an exciting chance to join a dynamic environment where you’ll work on a broad range of projects across sectors such as education, healthcare, retail, and heritage properties. Carry out comprehensive building surveys, including condition assessments, defect identification, and project oversight for refurbishment and maintenance works. Advise clients on regulatory compliance, health and safety, and statutory obligations. Oversee projects from planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Work on a diverse portfolio of buildings, including residential, commercial, and public sector assets. Degree in Building Surveying or a closely related field. Demonstrable experience in a building surveying role, preferably within a consultancy setting. Strong understanding of building construction, pathology, and current legislation. Team-oriented, proactive, and committed to ongoing professional growth.
