My client is looking for a Principal Planner to join their team in Bristol. The ideal candidate will have experience in Residential and Strategic Land. Candidates from both private and public sector backgrounds will be considered for the role.

Your main duties will include:

  • Project Leadership and Management
  • Strategic Planning and Policy
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Team Supervision and mentorship
  • Report writing and presentation
  • Regulatory and legislative compliance
  • Business Development

    • Starting salary is based on experience but will be in the region of £45k-£55k and my client offers flexible working arrangements.
