The Role:

As Planning Manager, you will take the lead on planning strategies, securing consents, and managing planning applications from inception through to approval. You’ll work closely with internal teams, local authorities, and external consultants to ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality housing projects.

You will need:

  • Proven experience in a planning role (ideally within residential or housebuilding)
  • Strong understanding of the UK planning system and legislation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • RTPI membership (or working towards) is highly desirable
