My client is looking for a Planning Director to lead their planning department in Sheffield. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, a strong leader, and a passionate advocate for urban planning excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the planning department, overseeing a team of planners and support staff.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve departmental goals.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
- Provide expert advice on planning policies, regulations, and best practices.
- Lead major planning projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and compliance.

Requirements:
