Are you a skilled Planner looking for your next challenge in a thriving and collaborative environment? We’re working in partnership with a highly respected planning and development consultancy to find a driven individual to join their growing team in Bristol.
The Role: You’ll be involved in a diverse range of planning projects across the South West and beyond – from strategic land and urban regeneration schemes to mixed-use developments and sustainable communities. Whether you're recently MRTPI qualified or bringing a few years of experience, this role offers a fantastic platform to grow your career with genuine support and progression opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals
- Advising clients on planning strategy and policy
- Conducting site appraisals and feasibility studies
- Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders and the wider project team
- Keeping up to date with legislative and policy changes
What We’re Looking For:
- RTPI accredited degree (essential)
- MRTPI or working towards chartership
- Experience within a consultancy or local authority environment
- Strong communication and report writing skills
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for planning
