Planner – Liverpool
I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded planning consultancy that is looking to add a Planner to its growing Liverpool office.
This position offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across the North West, within a team that values professional development, collaboration, and high-quality planning advice.
The Role
You will be involved in:
- Preparing and coordinating planning applications for a range of development types
- Drafting planning statements, policy appraisals, and supporting documentation
- Engaging with local planning authorities and project stakeholders
- Assisting with site assessments and planning strategy work
- Supporting senior team members on complex or large-scale schemes
About You
My client is interested in speaking with candidates who have:
- A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline
- Experience in UK planning (local authority or consultancy)Working towards MRTPI or already accredited
- Strong written skills and attention to detail
- A positive, team-oriented approach
