We’re hiring for a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to join a growing independent consultancy offering property advice and surveying services across the UK. This is a fully remote role (there is no office) and you’ll be covering a manageable patch between Cardiff and Swansea — most of the work is local, along the M4 corridor.
What you'll be doing:
- Carrying out a broad mix of building surveys, reports, inspections, and consultancy. Around 60% commercial and 40% residential - but prior residential experience is not essential.
- Managing your own diary and workload - this is a senior, autonomous role.
- Liaising directly with clients and delivering high-quality advice backed by experience.
- Covering a small, defined region - no UK-wide travel, just the South Wales area.
