Chartered Building Surveyor - Remote
Milton Keynes (Hybrid) - £45,000-£60,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance
Our client is a leading UK property consultancy working across healthcare, leisure, education, medical and retail sectors. They're recruiting a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their Building Consultancy team.
The role
You'll support a key client portfolio, covering Lifecycle Costing (LCC), Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), asset management planning and strategic property advice.
The role centres on one established client relationship, giving you the chance to build detailed knowledge of their retirement property portfolio and take ownership of maintenance, performance and investment planning across their estate. There's also scope to contribute to wider growth of the service as the business develops.
Based centrally to Milton Keynes on a hybrid, flexible basis, with nationwide travel as the portfolio requires. The role can be shaped around how you work best.
The team is senior and open to moving the business in new directions, and they're looking for someone who could eventually take on a bigger role in running it, not just filling a seat.

Who they're looking for
- MRICS qualified
- Strong background in building surveying or building consultancy
- Comfortable managing a long-term client relationship
- Commercially minded, able to translate technical findings into practical advice
- Experience across LCC, PPM and asset management planning would be an advantage
- Thinking long term, not just about the next role but where they want to be in years to come
