A well-established, independent consultancy is looking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor to support continued growth across its commercial surveying team. This role is suited to a surveyor who values technical breadth, direct client exposure and the ability to see work through from instruction to delivery.
The Role
You will be involved in a wide range of professional and project work, with a strong focus on commercial acquisition and Technical Due Diligence surveys across the hotel, leisure and care sectors. The workload is varied and largely repeat-client led.
- Commercial acquisition and TDD surveys
- Small to medium sized project design, management and contract administration
- Dilapidations (acting for landlords and tenants)
- Planned Preventative Maintenance schedules
- Reinstatement Cost Assessments
- Bank monitoring instructions
About You
- Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS)
- Solid experience within commercial property
- Comfortable managing instructions with a high degree of autonomy
- Clear communicator, confident dealing directly with clients and stakeholders
