Our client is a leading surveying company based in Manchester and are seeking to add a Chartered Building Surveyor to their growing team with the opportunity for flexible hybrid working patterns. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy, who are highly respected in the industry and full of experience, and offer a wide range of building surveying services.
The ideal client will have:
- Recently Chartered Building Surveyor – 1-2 years’ experience;
- Ideally with a broad range of experience, including project management schemes, acquisition surveys, dilapidations, and project monitoring, etc.
- OR the ability and drive to learn new areas of Building Surveying.
- A full, clean UK driving license.
- Excellent report writing and presentation ability.
- An enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated attitude.
