We are thrilled to be working with a close client of ours based in the vibrant city of Leeds. The company has an excellent reputation in the industry as employers with a high staff-retention rate. They are looking for an outgoing and ambitious Heritage Planner to join their growing Leeds team. The company works on a wide variety of projects throughout the UK.

Duties:

  • Undertaking planning appraisals
  • Assisting with heritage planning appeals
  • Providing support for the preparation of major planning applications
  • Research and assess technical information, data, and surveys.

You will be responsible for the conservation and management of heritage sites like historic buildings, landscapes, museums, ancient monuments, and other properties.

You:

  • Relevant degree in Town Planning MRTPI or you are working towards this.
  • At least 2 years industry experience.

The company is offering the successful candidate between £30,000 and £40,000 starting salary.
