Town Planner – Planning Consultancy

Location: Leeds
Salary: £32,000–£42,000 DOE

A growing planning consultancy is looking to appoint a Town Planner to support its expanding team and contribute to a varied portfolio of development projects.
\n
The role will involve preparing planning applications and statements, undertaking planning appraisals, advising clients on development potential and liaising with local planning authorities throughout the planning process.

Requirements:

- Experience in town planning, ideally within a consultancy environment.
- Good understanding of planning policy and UK planning legislation.
- Strong report-writing and communication skills.
- MRTPI qualified or working towards chartership is advantageous.
