You Will Have:

  • Degree in Building Surveying (or suitable experience)
  • Up to two years’ Building Surveying experience
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ArchiCAD/CAD proficiency or working towards it
  • Full UK Driving License

Graduate Building Surveyor Role & Responsibilities:

  • Assess the condition of existing buildings, identify and analyze defects, including proposing repairs
  • Advise on health and safety aspects of buildings
  • Visit sites to conduct inspections
  • Research sites through desktop surveys
  • Prepare reports outlining the condition of properties/sites
  • Assist with portfolio instructions and undertake other duties as reasonably required
