You Will Have:
- Degree in Building Surveying (or suitable experience)
- Up to two years’ Building Surveying experience
- Good problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ArchiCAD/CAD proficiency or working towards it
- Full UK Driving License
Graduate Building Surveyor Role & Responsibilities:
- Assess the condition of existing buildings, identify and analyze defects, including proposing repairs
- Advise on health and safety aspects of buildings
- Visit sites to conduct inspections
- Research sites through desktop surveys
- Prepare reports outlining the condition of properties/sites
- Assist with portfolio instructions and undertake other duties as reasonably required
