An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join the Cirencester office of a leading consultancy who due to a sustained period of growth, are looking to add to their friendly supportive team. You Will Have:

  • Degree in Building Surveying (or suitable experience)
  • Up to two years’ Building Surveying experience
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Microsoft Office proficient • ArchiCAD/CAD proficient or working towards proficiency
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Graduate Building Surveyor Role & Responsibilities:

  • Determine the condition of existing buildings, identifying and analysing defects, including proposals for repair
  • Advise on the health and safety aspects of buildings
  • Visiting sites to complete Building Surveyor\’s inspections
  • Completing desktop survey research about sites
  • Preparing reports following inspections to outline the state of the property/site
  • Assisting with the co-ordination of portfolio instructions and undertaking other duties from time to time as may be reasonably required
