You’ll be joining an established and highly successful consultancy with an excellent pipeline of work, a strong client base and a collaborative culture. You’ll have the opportunity to lead projects, develop client relationships and play a key role in the continued growth of the Surrey team.
The Role\n
As an Associate Director, you’ll take responsibility for managing a varied portfolio of planning projects, providing strategic planning advice and working closely with clients, local authorities and other stakeholders.

You’ll also have an important role in supporting the development of the team, winning new work and strengthening existing client relationships.
About You\n

Significant experience within the town planning sector, ideally within consultancy
- \n
Strong commercial awareness and client management skills
- \n
Proven ability to manage complex planning projects
- \n
Excellent knowledge of the UK planning system
- \n
Strong communication, negotiation and report-writing skills
- \n
MRTPI is highly desirable
- \n
Leadership experience or a desire to take on greater responsibility
