Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex planning applications and appeals.
- Provide strategic planning advice to clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct detailed site appraisals and feasibility studies.
- Develop and implement planning policies and frameworks.
- Mentor and support junior planners within the team.
- Engage with local authorities, developers, and the community to facilitate project approvals.
