Location: Dundee, with travel across the Tayside region
Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum

About the role
Our client, an established multi-disciplinary surveying practice, is recruiting a Senior Building Surveyor to join their Dundee team. This is a genuine opportunity to grow both the local business and your own career, with scope to make a real impact across the wider Tayside region.
What you'll be doing
- Delivering a full range of building surveying services across a varied client base
- Promoting the firm's services and growing existing client relationships
- Managing projects from instruction through to completion
- Mentoring recently qualified and graduate surveyors
- Ensuring work is delivered in line with client SLAs and reporting requirements
- Travelling to and managing projects across the Tayside region
What you'll need
- A relevant degree and MRICS membership
- Experience working within a surveying practice
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Up to date knowledge of the market to deliver excellent client care
- Openness to travel within the Tayside region
