We are delighted to be working with a highly reputable independent town planning consultancy based in Cornwall. The company is looking for an ambitious Town Planner to join their team. Our client has a reputation for investing in their employees with excellent opportunities for career growth and is offering an excellent starting salary between £30,000 and £40,000.
What you need:
- As a Town Planning Consultant, you will be working on a wide variety of different projects.
- Your main duties would include undertaking planning appraisals, assisting with planning appeals, providing support for the preparation of major planning applications, and being responsible for the preparation of smaller applications.
- Ideally, you will have a relevant degree in town planning.
- You will be a MRTPI, or you will be working towards gaining the qualification.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in the planning industry.
