This is a role for a Commercially minded Building Surveyor who wants more say in how their career develops — and who they develop it with.
I’m working with a small but growing consultancy based in Cirencester that focuses entirely on commercial property. They’re doing well, bringing in new clients, and want to find someone who can help build on that momentum — not just deliver work, but shape how things are done going forward.
They’re ideally looking for someone who’s used to the pace and expectations of a larger firm, but is now looking for more freedom, more variety, and less bureaucracy.
The work you’ll be doing includes:
If you enjoy variety and being trusted to get on with things, this is a good setup. It’s not somewhere where you’ll be stuck doing one type of survey over and over again. There’s room to grow with the business, and you’ll have direct input on how the team evolves.
They’re based in Cirencester, and while they’re happy with some remote working, they’d like you in the office a couple of times a week — so being within reasonable commuting distance is important.
What they’re looking for:
If this sounds like the kind of setup you’ve been looking for, I’d be happy to tell you more.
You can apply here, or just give me (Finn Luckie) a call on , or email your CV to if that’s easier.
