Are you a Civil Engineer with experience in design and project management looking for an exciting new opportunity where you will see excellent progression opportunities whilst maintaining a healthy work life balance with hybrid work?
This consultancy are specialists in civil and structural design for both residential and commercial construction, being one of the leading independent firms in the area.
On offer is a chance to become a part of the friendly team, mentoring Junior civil engineers to manage and organise their own projects and designs. You will be organising your workload and your Junior mentee\’s to ensure project deadlines are met, as well as regularly reporting to the team of directors.
You will primarily design drainage and flood risk assessments, working alongside the architectural team to produce comprehensive building project designs.
This role would suit an experienced civil engineer looking to further progress their career within an industry leading company that are offering fantastic mentoring and professional autonomy.

• Project management
